Project Quality Solutions (PQS) is a specialist property assessment company with a long and successful track record delivering a range of inspection services and quality assurance programmes. We have completed more than a million property surveys across New Zealand for Housing New Zealand Corporation, Community Group Housing providers, Local Government and private property owners.After completing more than 1 million property surveys our focus is on applying our strengths of local knowledge and industry-specific expertise to all our projects.
Incorporated in 2000, PQS is a privately owned company. Our well-established team including management, quality and support staff are located in our office in East Auckland. Our field assessment team comprises 25 highly skilled professionals located around New Zealand, who from years of experience have detailed knowledge of property assessment requirements.
PQS has successfully secured and managed over 17 national contracts since 2000. All of these contracts were with tenants occupying their homes - minimal disruption to the tenant is our priority.
Our team of dedicated assessors pride themselves on meeting expected targets within project timelines by collaboratively working with tenants and tenancy managers. They are committed and display the willingness and drive to work smarter and harder to consistently gain access to all properties to complete all inspection requirements.

Unlike other large asset management companies, we do not offer an ‘off the shelf software system’. Instead, we prefer to work with our clients to provide a customised solution to help them make informed decisions for managing the performance of their assets and optimisation of their investment. Our assessors are also familiar with the NAMS based methodology for condition reporting.
Our comprehensive Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OHSMS) is externally audited and approved by Telarc SAI Limited and conforms to AS/NZS 4801:2001. We pride ourselves on our impeccable Health and Safety record, the net result being reflected by no serious accidents or incidents notified to Worksafe or MBIE.
